Hope you're all doing really well. That's me back from a whirlwind trip to Paris with George and George alone, eeeek, what a treat!
I'm one sentence in and I've just realised that I actually haven't shared anything from our family holiday in Tenerife, which was over 3 weeks back... my brain is not happy with my lack of chronological order, but hey ho, you can look forward to that for next week's post... Or maybe the week after, as now we've started I may as well get all my Paris posts up in one... right?
But anyhooo, here we go with what I wore in Paris. We were there for just two nights, so not a huge amount of looks to share, but three outfits that I really, totally adored wearing!
This first look was what I travelled in from Manchester to Paris. With a 6am flight, this was actually just the look I needed to be equal parts put together and surprisingly comfortable, it's the jeans I'm telling you.
I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair of baggy blue denim jeans for some time. I'm often tempted to size up to get the perfect look, but end up having a saggy crotch which is certainly not the look. These from Arket are in my usual size and are the perfect baggy jean that actually fit on the waist, I am so impressed! They're also not stiff at all which I love in denim, basically, prepare to be sick of them 'cause I'll be wearing them a LOT going forward.

Now this outfit I was SO excited to wear. And I'm already excited to rock this lil dress again very soon, I definitely have another look up my sleeve that I'm hoping to wear next week actually.
The dress, is an asymmetric beauty by & Other Stories in the most STUNNING yellow shade, made even more stunning when paired with leopard print, what a combination.
Throw in my all time fave leather jacket and a pair of Ganni ballet flats and we're on to one heck of a winner. If you'd have told me two years ago that I'd be styling dresses over jeans again, I would have never believed you, yet here we are. Dresses over trousers and skirts over jeans, I am here for it all!

And lastly a little sporty meets librarian juxtaposition for y'all.
Another piece that has me SO inspired with plenty of outfit builds, is this black pleated skirt by Arket. I am suitably obsessed and expect to be wearing it at least once a week for the foreseeable, it's just so versatile.
Throwing in the sporty vibes with the most flattering t-shirt in the most perfect green shade from Anthropologie and with matching Nike Cortez too, what a vibe.

Loved reading this the Paris outfits feel stylish without looking overdone, and the relaxed denim really suits the whole travel look.
