So we're absolutely flying through November and I thought I'd get in early with some rather fabulous party looks for our favourite festive season. I totally adore this time of year but in all honesty I really don't feel ready for it this year, it's simply come around too quickly and I just don't feel prepared. So what better way to get me prepared and into the festive spirit than with a spot of festive party styling. There are three looks in total, all of which have kindly been gifted but I would totally purchase myself, as I'm sure you'll agree they're all flipping fabulous!
Kicking things off with a truly divine tomato red flocked mini dress by & Other Stories. Featuring the most beautiful colour with flocked polka dots, high neck and puckered shoulders that create the most insane silhouette. It's one of those pieces that moulds and sculpts your figure with its stretch material and will leave you feeling totally incredible. It's a really comfortable piece which for me is a huge priority when it comes to dressing all year round but particularly with occasion-wear. Perfect for an evening out with the girls, for a festive date night, house party or even for Christmas day. Styled here with some statement earrings, knee boots and a fancy handbag, it's pretty much my dream party look.

DRESS- c/o & OTHER STORIES, EARRINGS - c/o VALET STUDIO, BOOTS - c/o BODEN, BAG - FENDI VIA VESTIAIRE COLLECTIVE

DRESS - c/o DE LA VALI, BAG - STAUD, SHOES - GUCCI

You might remember that back in the summer I was introduced to the incredible brand De La Vali with this dress. Since then I've been keeping a close eye on their latest collections and I cannot tell you how thrilled I was when they got in touch to offer me a slice of the festive De La Vali pie.
I picked out this truly beautiful eastern inspired velvet dress in the most stunning chartreuse shade. Once again and true to Megan Ellaby form, it's a super comfortable dress and makes me feel a million dollars.
There's something quite Alexa Chung about it particularly when paired with my beloved Gucci platform loafers and a complimenting red lip. I love the contrast and the almost clashing nature of the chartreuse and red, creating a super fun and festive look.

DRESS - c/o OLIVIA RUBIN, BOOTS - c/o ESSENTIEL ANTWERP, BAG - c/o ASOS

And finally we have the sixties party look of my dreams!
Olivia Rubin has been on my radar for quite some time now with her collection of colourful dresses, she's certainly a designer to watch!
This dress, ohhh this dress!!! It has been burning a hole in my wardrobe for a few months now as I've been itching to get some wear out of it and for a suitable occasion to rock it. In the most perfect pink shade, with polka dots, sequins, a high neck, puckered shoulders, deep cuffs and a mini length, it is absolute sheer party perfection!
This dress looks insane with whatever your pair it with whether it's super sparkly glitter boots like the ones I'm wearing here, knee boots, platform heels or otherwise. I feel like a little sixties mod dream when I wear it and I'm super excited to wear it out on the dance floor this party season.

Nice! Look Gorgeous in red dress and in a pink dress.
You’ve got me seriously considering maxing out my credit card for the Olivia Rubin and De La Vali dresses!! Also obsessed with the styling of these – love your maximalist style which has become a very frequent reference point for me when I am styling myself – I quite often ask what would Megan do? Lots of love from Australia, Mackenzie xx
