Last week I was lucky enough to head to Marrakech for the first time with the incredible team at Chloe. It was a serious pinch me moment and one of the most amazing work trips I've ever been on. We were out there to celebrate the launch of the Chloe Nomade Eau De Toilette which is a truly beautiful summer fragrance inspired by all things travel and being the ultimate Nomade. With notes of Oak Moss, Freesia and Lychee you can imagine how divine a fragrance it is and I urge you to give it a whiff next time you're in store.
This isn't a sponsored post, although I was lucky enough to create some sponsored content for Chloe over on Instagram (see it here if you missed it, I am so proud of how it turned out) but I wanted to share some snaps that I shot on my little film camera whilst out there as I'm totally thrilled with them, despite how much it rained!
Bloody typical ey, escape for a warmer climate and get struck by the worst weather ever(!) but hey, that didn't stop us having an incredible time immersing ourselves with all things Chloe, learning more about the fragrance and the incredible people who inspired it, exploring beautiful Marrakech including the souks (well worth a visit) and the breathtakingly beautiful desert. As it was a work's trip I don't have much in the way of recommendations however we stayed at the Fairmont hotel which was exquisite in every way and really handy for getting to the souks along with the Majorelle Gardens, another place you have to visit. I can suggest eating at the restaurant that was aptly named Nomad, situated in the middle of the souks at the Medina for some truly delicious food and fabulous service. I truly adored our brief visit to Marrakech, the colours, the architecture and the people were so beautiful and I'm itching to get back there soon for a longer stay.
Huge thank you to the Chloe team for taking us away with you, it was a truly magic experience and I hope you all enjoy this post.

Il est impossible de demander plus pour ce type d’appareil photo…
Très beau publireportage, j’aime beaucoup celui-ci.
Surtout sous la pluie.
These photos are so beautiful and you look amazing x
Oh Ellen thank you! So so thrilled that you like it x
These are gorgeous. I recently got the Olympus om10 for my birthday and am completely in love with film photography. Do you have any way of adjusting the focus on your camera or is it just point shoot and hope for the best because although these are still gorgeous with the slight blur to some of them I feel they’d look even better crisp and clear.
Glad you had an amazing time in Marrakech and I can’t wait to see your next lot of film photos.
Xx
Sounds ace! No its just a good ole point and shoot and thats exactly what I love about the camera, that nothing is perfect, much like real life 🙂 It feels like a moment in time has truly been captured and is what makes me love shooting on my little baby so much x
Love love love these shots! I feel like film photography really suits the nomade theme of Chloe’s fragrance and the dreamy Marrakech backdrop doesn’t hurt either!
I’m also digging the all over zebra print look! It’s not something I would have considered before but it looks amazing and I’m interested in trying it out for myself.
Loving your work as always Megan! xxx
Thank you beautiful! Glad you like the imagery and of course the epic zebra print look! x
God, your photos are so dreamy! Feel like this could be a whole campaign in itself.
Oh Olivia thank you darling, that means the world x
