I thought today, on the eve of Valentines day it might be nice to share with you some new in pieces from one of my all time favourite jewellery brands Monica Vinader.
It’s absolutely no secret that I am a huge fan of all things Monica Vinader, often feeling naked when I occasionally forget to layer up on my MV jewels. I remember when I first received a Monica Vinader bracelet for my birthday a few years ago. It was engraved with my blog name of the time “Pages By Megan” and was one of the most special presents I had ever received and the Monica Vinader love affair was ignited.
I still wear that bracelet day in and day out, this time layered up with the rest of the Monica Vinader crew that I’ve since collected, there’s something so magical about each and every Monica Vinader piece and thats why I keep going back for more.

You’ll spy my Monica Vinader stash in almost every single blog post and outfit that I share, but today I wanted to share something a little more paired down in order to really allow the jewellery to do the talking.
A simple plain white tee and blue jeans combination, a classic look for us all and one you can often find me rocking but never without my jewellery. Monica Vinader have recently released the Linear Solo collection that you can see me styling here along with my most loved MV pieces. A truly beautiful collection that includes the iconic friendship bracelets that you know I adore, along with both drop and stud earrings, a delicate pendant necklace, bangles and a chain ring which is something new for me but something I’m loving layering up with the other rings in my collection. Each piece within the Linear Solo collection features clean lines, my favourite colourful cords and bespoke cut gemstones which add a touch of glitz in a really understated way.

I was inspired by the simplicity of the Linear Solo collection to create this blogpost. A simple combination of two classics- a white tee and blue jeans made that little more sophisticated and interesting with lashings of gold jewellery (the collection also comes in silver and rose gold if thats more your thing) and then of course with a pop of colour similarly to the colourful cords of the friendship bracelets I've included a bold turquoise eye look. I was inspired by the classic style of the Linear Solo collection to shoot this look on both 35mm film and on a classic polaroid camera, yet to combine it's modern influences with digital photography too, this was a post that I truly enjoyed creating, we had some fun, pushing the boundaries on what simplicity meant and I'm really thrilled with what we've come up with.

Each piece in the collection makes for the most perfect of gifts for those you love- I've now treated all of my friends and family to their own Monica Vinader piece for birthdays and Christmas' past and I know that each of them adore their MV jewellery so much.
