In light of what took place over the weekend and with the quite frankly GOD AWFUL outing of some of our much loved influencers and the use of bots, I wanted to share some love for some of my absolute favourite online gals. Whilst I believe using bots isn't right, what I think is worse is how in which this came out and the online bullying that I believe to have occurred due to this. I spent too much of my Bank Holiday Monday reading up on all of this over on Twitter and reading such poison really got my juices flowing to share some love for my favourite online ladies.
These girls are some of my faves when it comes to style inspiration, words, quality content and more. The girls that
are regularly taking up residence in the "SAVED" tab on Instagram and the girls that I know for sure are bloody beautiful people, both inside and out, so without further ado.
HEY CLAIRE @HEYCLAIRE
Now this girl is totally bad-ass!
She's quite possibly the coolest girl on the 'net and she inspires me on the daily. Whether it be through her totally INSANE editing over on YouTube, to her oh-so simple white tee, blue jeans styling failsafe, that I can only wish I had, Claire truly is awesome at what she does and most importantly she's awesome at being herself.
Her Insta-stories are always pretty darn hilarious and always to the highest degree of creativity whilst her make up always so vampy and oh-so sexy in a totally understated way. She's also a bloody wonderful person IRL too, which is always a bonus when you meet your heroes. GO ON CLAIRE!

AKA THE STYLE QUEEN!
The things this lady does with clothing is out of this world awesome. Combinations that I can only dream of and confidence to match, she really is my go-to when I have an item that I've exhausted and really want to give a new lease of life. Maria takes items that every gal will have in their wardrobe, whether that be an old white shirt, an oversized blazer or a pair of trainers that you simply can't work out how to wear, and she will ROCK it in ways you'd never thought possible. She is the bomb when it comes to layering and her images are always like something from an editorial with all the matchy-matchy, clothes/location feels, which I find to be extremely inspiring indeed.

Now if you were around for the good ole ASOS_Megan days, you'll know that I used to work with this little beauty. Isabella Thorsden has always had her shizz together when it comes to the 'Gram. Once a lover of all things white and minimal, Isabella has traded up (IMO) and has the whole retro feed on point.
Since moving to Denmark it's been so wonderful to watch Isabella's feed change and develop as she updates her home with her family (boyfriend and GORGEOUS Bull Dog Pumpkin) by her side. Her style is oh-so totally retro and I am ALL ABOUT it, still with her minimalistic Scandanavian touch, but with combinations that are totally seventies inspired, and for that I adore her. Her photography is always of the highest quality, which is something I personally look for with an Instagram account, yet she follows through with the retro feel with the grained filter she uses over the top... Bravo Isabella, bravo.
Also, can we just talk about THAT car too please?

I've followed Robyn since the beginning of my blogging career. She was one of the first bloggers I came across and one of the first girlies I met at a blogging event with ASOS donkeys years ago now. I'll never forget how she told me all about "No Follow" links (ha) as back then (who am I kidding... I still am), I was totally clueless.
Her content has ALWAYS been to a seriously high standard and I've often lost myself for hours perusing her blog. Recently, her Instagram has really caught my eye and has been a go-to of mine for beautiful photography and awesome styling.
I think Robyn and I have a lot in common when it comes to our sartorial choices and thats why I love scrolling down her feed, I leave with tonnes of inspiration for pieces I've already purchased, which is always rather awesome indeed.

Oh Reem, where oh where do I start with Reem?
I had the pleasure of meeting her last year and left feeling like I had my shit together and more inspired than ever before. She's the kind of girl who totally knows her stuff. She's totally clued up on this oh-so crazy industry that we've all found ourselves in and talking to her was like talking to a blogging fairy god mother... She just gets it.
Whilst she, herself ,is oh so wonderful and an incredibly inspiring Girl Boss, her content has always been one that I have envied with the highest of admiration. Her imagery is second to none, totally dreamy and lust-worthy whilst still being relatable, a hard thing to get right.
Her use of colour within her feed is something I find totally inspiring in an Instagram world of monochrome after monochrome and the composition of her images is like no other account I've ever come across. You can tell that a lot of blood, sweat and tears goes into her account and I totally admire that, I mean just go and have a scroll, the ever-changing colours and themes will leave you totally satisfied indeed.
I also HAVE to mention that wedding too, just WOW!

So those are the ladies who are forever inspiring me and pushing me to do better and create better. The feed's I stay up-to-date with on a daily basis and the feed's I know will fill me with inspiration on those days I'm lacking.
I'd REALLY love to see more of these posts on the web, the Easter weekend's antics was a first for me I must say, I've always found this wonderful world of blogging and influencers to be a safe and supporting space, so I was totally shocked by what I saw on Twitter. However, if it spurs us all on to share some girl-love then maybe it's not all bad after all.
Please let me know if you've found someone new from this post and if you have any other accounts that you think I'd just love please leave them in the comments below for us all to swoon over.

I was hugely shocked by this weekend’s antics as well. Logging on to Twitter yesterday to see the sheer amount of negativity, backstabbing and (you’re totally right here) bullying made me feel physically sick. We’re an industry that is supposed to support each other, and the community aspect to blogging was one of the first things that made me fall in love with it in the first place. I absolutely hate seeing the tide turn and everyone attacking each other – while on the one hand I absolutely don’t agree with the use of bots to grow a following, on the other hand I certainly don’t agree with treating each other the way we have this weekend.
Adored this post, so great to see someone spreading positivity and love again, and I discovered some new accounts that are definitely on my follow list now! XO

omg what happened on twitter ?? Love this post just followed all of them!
Actually, I didn’t know any of the girls you just presented to me (except Claire maybe, but I did not follow her on Instagram yet). They’re all really inspiring, which is why I already added all of them to my Instagram feed while scrolling through your post!
Account’s I find myself drawing inspiration from quite often are
@vanellimelli (Mel is from Berlin and awfully good in mixing Boho and Grunge vibes!);
@nhmml (Nina is based in Vienna and rocks vintage grunge to perfection);
@masha (She’s just my favourite person on the internet creating amazing high quality content);
@dariadaria (Maddy is my hero when it comes to veganism, zero waste. substainbility and more)
and yours of course!

I feel so behind because I have no idea what’s happened and what bots is! I can’t say much because I have no clue what’s happened, but bullying is never okay! Also LOVE your girl power Megan! It’s so nice seeing bloggers who will actually talk about other bloggers in such a positive way – so much respect for you girlfriend! X
Absolutely LOVED this post lady – ALL about sharing the love right now, definitely just followed these girls, what amazing accounts!

Boo to bullies. Yay to spreading love. I’m waiting patiently for my birthday to get a camera and try and take some decent quality pics for my blog. Poor quality front-facing phone pics just don’t cut it.
The only account of herd of here before was Maria Bernad – I’ve added the others now! In terms of Insta aesthetics, my faves are your fellow northerner @shotfromthestreet, Americans @walkinwonderland and @colormecourtney and Aussie @thegirlwholivedforclothes. Their styles are all SO different but I find that the most inspiring.
