Hey everyone,
I hope you're all doing swimmingly and had a great weekend in the sunshine. This weather is totally bonkers, 20 degrees one day and bitterly cold the next, it's making it increasingly hard to wear the right thing, especially with that oh so deceiving spring sunshine.
I spent this weekend with family and friends, family on Friday night and friends, Saturday.
It was my dear friend Beattie's 30th birthday, which is totally bonkers since she's the smallest most hottest little thing on the planet... THIRTY, Crazy! We had a wonderful night celebrating her which of course meant that Sunday was a total right off for me.
It was quite literally the longest hangover of my life, not the worst hangover of my life, but the longest. It took me until 8pm to feel human again and that was after it took me a good four and a half hours to eat my Nando's delivery... YES 4.5 HOURS WHAT THE!?
But anyhoo, it's Monday and I'm back to it again, as we all are. I'm becoming more and more of a fan of Monday, now that is a phrase I never thought I'd be saying. But I'm beginning to see Monday's as a fresh start and wake up with tonnes of inspiration flooding through me and a real drive to make this week a good one... When I eventually drag myself out of bed that is.
This week, similarly to last, is a busy one to say the least. Lots of worky bits and pieces to be done which is just how I like it. I'm shooting with Sophie today, getting as much content creation in as possible before next week as April is CRAZY busy with celebrations. My sister comes back from London on Thursday for 11 beautiful days to celebrate Easter and her 23rd birthday, all the while my wonderful little Nanna Doris turns 80... EIGHTY, what a milestone. We have SO many plans to spoil her completely rotten over the next few weeks and way into July which I'll be documenting as much as possible to share the special occasion with you.
I'm also back to weekly vlogging, if you didn't already know and I'm TOTALLY loving it. Theres something so therapeutic about documenting my daily life, it's like having a little friend with me at all times, my camera and I. I also really love to look back on key moments in my life, even if it is just your bog standard working week like last weeks video.

Anyway that got rambly quick, but it's Monday morning and I felt like chatting, I hope you don't mind.
Well, anyhoo, today's post is a few snaps from last Monday's video shoot with the incredible team at Yeti. They kindly got in touch a few week's back and offered their incredible cinematic services to me and I am oh so totally thrilled with the results, as you all seem to be too, thanks SO much for the wonderful comments and feedback, it means so much to me and to Yeti that you enjoyed it so much. If you don't know what I'm talking about then do check out the awesome Lookbook video here, it may even give you some spring outfit inspiration too, especially with this wishy washy UK weather.

It was the warmest day in Manchester this year, so we totally lucked out when it came to the weather front! Yeti, a team of four, came to Manchester with locations in mind and TWO cameras, making it the biggest team I've worked with so far for my little YouTube channel. I was a little daunted at first I must say, but my goodness that team were oh-so totally AMAZING, they made me feel totally at ease straight away and we ended up having such a hilarious day and creating something completely badass too!
I wanted to share some behind the scenes snaps from our day of filming, along with the behind the scenes video too. I think it's always so interesting to see what goes into the making of such a video. It's a 2 minute video that takes 5 hours to film and I can't even image how long to edit, so it's really not as easy as it looks. However, the team at Yeti sure as hell made it look that way and I'm so honoured to have worked with such an awesome team and let me tell you, we have tonnes of ideas still to come 😉
I truly hope you love the video as much as I do, I am so totally proud of it and am really grateful to both Yeti and to you guys for your wonderful feedback so far. Check out the behind the scenes video below too, it's such a true reflection of the day, tonnes of LOL's thats for sure.
Enjoy and I'll see you in a few days for another post.
