Happy Tuesday that feels like a Monday so therefore... HAPPY 4 DAY WEEK!
I hope you all had the most wonderful Bank Holiday Weekend; if you follow me on Instagram you'll know that I was at Leeds Fest this weekend and oh what a weekend it was. It was my final stint at a festival for the season and we most definitely went out with a bang.
Sometimes I wish they did music festivals throughout autumn too; mainly so I can rock a look similar to this bad ass seventies number!
There is nothing quite like discovering a new look, a difference and a change with a pre-exisiting brand. Be that a brand you love, a brand you didn't like or a brand that you dabbled into from time to time for those "basic" pieces that they do oh so well.
Well, Abercrombie and Fitch have always been the latter for me. Specialising in the comfiest of basic pieces, whether that be jeans, tee's, sweats or hoodie's it's one of those brands that you can rely on to nail those basics.
And that, they're very much still doing, however with, in my opinion, a much needed fashion refresh...

Take this look for example, the ultimate in seventies styling and something you would never in a million years believe came entirely (excluding accessories) from Abercrombie and Fitch!
Yeah I know, they surprised me too, but with their totally awesome AW16 pre fall collection knocking it out of the park this season, I have a funny feeling that this isn't the last for Abercrombie and their tres on trend collections.

As soon as I laid eyes on this seventies denim boiler suit I knew it had to be mine, with the styling possibilities racking up quickly in my mind.
Here I took on an AW favourite by layering it over a striped fitted polo neck, but whether you wear it alone, with a Tshirt underneath or dress it up entirely for a night on the tiles, this is one of those trusty pieces that although trend based, it's a bit of a wardrobe failsafe.

This denim and striped combo isn't all for Abercrombie, take a nosey at these banging little pieces here, here and here and check out the entire pre-fall collection here, trust me, you'll be as surprised as I am.
