Oh Tuesday, you miserable little sod you!
The weather has thrown a wobbler and we’re back to a rather chilly northern forecast AND I’m still reeling from what a wonderful weekend I have had.
If you guys don’t know, my boyfriend George is part of a chef duo, Check On, that host pop-up restaurants in London, and this week saw their first ever vegetarian pop up, aptly named VEGUCATION! It was a truly wonderful evening spent with friends and foodies alike, and of course absolutely INCREDIBLE food, a particular highlight that has me salivating at the thought of it, was the Butternut Squash Donut… Sounds wrong, but oh soso right I tell you!
I’m a very proud girlfriend indeed, and I certainly don’t mean to go on, but basically this is the look I went for to eat my body weight in vegetable based dishes.
Cropped denim is a great love of mine, especially when it’s emblazoned with printed stars and frayed at the edges, the ultimate SS16 coverup. The jacket or “shacket” as I’m wearing it here is from Boohoo and is one of my best purchases to date; similarly to that of these trousers, again from Boohoo. The kind of trouser that hugs you in exactly the right place, is extremely comfortable and is of the kick flare variety so is reet up my street. I’m SERIOUSLY impressed with Boohoo lately and this little combo shows just why.
Topping off this little novel look with some pom pom pointed pumps of course, if that isn’t alliteration at it’s finest then I don’t know what is!
