Jo Malone- Incense & Cedrat Cologne Intense

As a HUGE Jo Malone fan I was very excited to try out the new Cologne Intense from the very beautiful Jo Malone family.
Incense & Cedrat is the latest scent from the Cologne Intense range, a collection that is defined by rich and rare ingredients.

Jo Malone’s Incense & Cedrat was created using Omani Incense, the most precious incense in all the world. The Omani Incense is harvested from the Boswellia sacra tree which, in recent years has become increasingly threatened.

In my opinion the Incense & Cedrat fragrance makes a beautiful unisex cologne. I find that it really suits me and I’ve found myself reaching for it with each and every evening out I have, as it’s a truly deep and rich scent, making it the perfect night time scent for me.
However, I can totally imagine this suiting a man just as much; it’s woody in all the right ways with the top notes of lemon and pepper from the Elemi which create a real freshness to the scent, with amber, and cedrat giving it a citrus twist, it is simply divine.

And if both the story behind the scent and the scent itself weren’t enough for you, then just look at that packaging… Simply stunning!
