Things I've loved in 2014.

So as 2014 draws to an end, I thought i’d share with you a few of my fave thangs of 2014!

1. Fashion Statement- Flares
A new shape of trouser stepped into my life during the latter part of the year; a shape that lengthens and slims the leg,  and are of course is synonymous with an era that I just adore! I’m finding them super easy to slip into my day to day wardrobe, they work with tshirts, shirts, jumpers; honestly just treat them as you would your skinnies and you’re onto something!
If you don’t know this band already, then you bloody will in 2015, they’re up for amazing things and completely and utterly deserve it! They’re debut album The Balcony is constantly on repeat in my flat, i’m beyond obsessed with each and every song! They’re all an ace bunch of lads and i’m dead excited to see whats next for and from them!

3. Food- Mac n Cheese

It’s been absolutely no secret that i’ve devoured an un-natural amount of mac n cheese this past year, and my love for it will remain throughout 2015. My faves have been Pizza East and Shoreditch House to date… Recommendations more than welcome 🙂

4. Blog- Pandora Sykes

Granted, Pandora Sykes hasn’t been on my radar for long but WOW she has gone to the very top of my style inspo leaderboard! I just adore her impeccable styling; the mix of vintage and designer pieces, paying homage to some of my favourite eras and favourite trends. She’s a girl after my own heart when it comes to trialling out everything she can (but obvs with a much cooler edge than myself), yet she completely makes it her own! Pandora, you gots it going OWN!!!!!

5. Instagram- @IHaveThisThingWithFloors

Like it or not, but we’re in generation Selfie, and personally, i’m a sucker for a Felfie from time to time, so naturally I fell in love with this beautiful Instagram account that pays homage to our favourite #FWIS whilst shining some light on some uhhhhmazing interior inspo, I mean JUST LOOK at those tiles… BEAUTIFUL!

6. Video- The Little Magpie; Mr & Mrs



And finally, the YouTube video of the year for me, is this HILARIOUS Mr & Mrs Challenge by the beautiful Amy and her bloody funny boyfriend Rob. I cried with laughter watching it whilst at work and sure you lot will too, just watch it, you’ll know what I mean!
