Emerging from the bedroom my not so lovely boyfriend William started whistling “The Good, the Bad & the Ugly” theme tune… NOT the vibe I was going for.
Infact the look I was intending to go for was Seventies Woodstock vibes… Lets hope i’ve nailed it and it’s just Wills lack of fashion knowledge that saw him being clipped round the ear hole after that epic fail!
This is the second instalment from my collaboration with Blue Vanilla (see my first post here), and oh how fabulous it is. Blanket capes are everywhere this season as we all well and truly know, and to be honest, i’m a little late to the party when it comes to owning one. But i’m very glad I held out as i’m now hopelessly in love with this checked monochrome beauty with tassle trim; perfect for teaming with my black flares, which are currently surgically attached to my legs and my much neglected felt fedora, oh how i’ve missed you.
Clint Eastwood chic or a Jimi Hendrix groupie? Who knows, but I like it!

i love my blanket cape, i always have it draped over the back of my chair at work so when someone (selfishly) puts on the air-con i can be toasty in seconds!
