WARNING, THIS POST INCLUDES A LOT OF IMAGES OF THE SCOTTISH COUNTRYSIDE…
I’ve been a little MIA the past week due to work commitments but I am back and normal blogging will commence as of today, hurrah!
So for the past week I have been up to Fortwilliam in the Scottish highlands shooting the Blacks S/S13 campaign which will be used instore, online and in the press, exciting ey.
We basically had two photoshoots to plan and achieve throughout the
week, the first being quite a simple shoot which involved a 40 minute
hike up Glen Coe (not okay), to arrive at our location, a freezing cold
“bothy” in the middle of a mountain (again, not okay) where we shot a
number of archived Blacks pieces from way back when Blacks was
established 150 years ago.
The second was more of a campaign shoot
with models and styling and a lotta lotta rain. But all was well and we
got some pretty amazing shots which I will be sure to post as soon as
they go live. Fortwilliam truly is a beautiful place, but is not
somewhere I’ll be returning to in a hurry, there is just too much rain,
and thats coming from a Mancunian…

P.S please excuse my somewhat terrible ensemble, it was bloody freezing with some serious sideways rain. I am not quite so plump as these images suggest, I am sporting 2 coats a fleece, jumper and 2 pairs of trousers…
Awesome location.
