Howdy there folks, I hope you’ve all had a cracking week/weekend.
As you all know too well, I’ve been lucky enough to work with the team over at Schwarzkopf LIVE for the past two seasons to bring you some awesome hair inspiration.
Last season saw me rocking some fabulous multi-tonal hair, with this season bringing on the BRONZE!
Bronze, simply means a brunette shade that is enhanced with lighter highlights to give it a really tonal and autumnal bronze shade. Bronze is a shade I’ve wanted to try for an awful long time now and I can honestly say it is a hair colour that I absolutely love, and will probably go back to year in and year out.
My hair, as I bang on about an awful lot, is a HUGE part of my look. It is the deciding factor between a good or a bad day; my hair is the finishing touch to my everyday get up and without a strong hair colour, well, let’s not even get started with the inevitable bad mood I’ll be in.
Bronze was a great and easy transition from my natural mousy brown do. It was super easy to incorporate into my every day style, great for work, for play and for those down days. It totally rejuvenated my look and gave me that much needed shake up for the new season.
As an advocate for that messy “I just got out of bed look” the bronze shade allowed me to amplify this look in a huge way. The tones to my new do provided some awesome additional texture that I craved so dearly, allowing me to create the hair look I’ve always wanted, particularly now it’s slightly shorter too.
So there we have it, the love I have for my hair is REAL! I’m absolutely digging it and love how it works with my beloved 60s meets 70s style. If you fancy recreating this look, or perhaps one of the other girlies’ looks (I was lucky enough to work with Leanne, Megs, Kayleigh and Yasmine on this project) then make sure you check out the Schwarzkopf LIVE Lookbook for some awesome tutorials and hair-spo.
Do also keep your eyes out on the television and of course in your ASOS and Missguided deliveries as I have a funny feeling I’ll be popping up there too 😉
